- Module 1 — Funding source tags Tag payments to the correct grant bucket and period before evidence work begins.
- Module 2 — Evidence links Attach supporting documents to ledger lines and spot incomplete chains.
- Module 3 — Sampling with intent Build a sample that covers high-value, unusual, and recurring-risk lines.
- Module 4 — Exception narratives Write notes for missing receipts, currency splits, and shared overhead.
- Module 5 — Mini audit pack Export ledgers, samples, and narratives in a structure reviewers recognize.
